Hyderabad, Oct 12 (FN Agency) In the wake of transfer of many police, Revenue and Excise officials by the Election Commission of India due to lapses in Administration on Wednesday, TPCC Senior Vice President G Niranjan on Thursday said that Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao has no moral right to continue in the post.

Addressing a press conference here, Niranjan said that KCR should submit his resignation, and the Assembly election to be held on November 30, should be conducted under President’s Rule.
