Maxivision launches world-class super specialty hospital at Thanjavur in TN

This launch was done as a part of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between Maxivision and the Government of Tamil Nadu earlier this month, ‘Project Velicham’. The Super Specialty Eye Hospital, with over 7000 square feet of space, with state-of-the-art ophthalmic surgical and diagnostic equipment. Equipped with three gold-standard, infection control theatres with modular HEPA filters, this centre is equipped with the world’s best technology equipment for advanced eye care treatments with an investment of over 4 Crores. The hospital will offer the entire gamut of eye care services which includes Cataract Surgery, Glaucoma Surgeries, Diabetic Retina lasers and surgeries, LASIK and Robotic eye surgeries, a specialty clinic for Diabetic Retinal issues, Oculoplasty, and Paediatric Eye Care. This centre will have a pharmacy and optical store with all types of prescription glasses, frames, and specialty lenses ranging from Rs.300 to 15000. Neuberg Diagnostics, our associate company and one of the leading reference laboratory chains will operate a 24/7 pathology collection centre in this hospital and home care services in pathology in and around Tanjore. Sudheer VS said “This state-of-the-art hospital will soon be a spoke to a Mega Super Tertiary Hub, which is planned to open in Trichy by October 2023 and in November we will also be opening at Perambalur, and Kumbakonam.
