New Delhi/Sydney, May 23 (FN Bureau) Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday began his Sydney visit by meeting the CEOs of top Australian companies and discussed with them opportunities for collaborations with Indian companies, and investment opportunities in India. PM Modi met Dr. Andrew Forrest, Executive Chairman and Founder of Fortescue Metals Group and Fortescue Future Industries, Paul Schroder, Chief Executive, AustralianSuper and Georgina Hope Rinehart AO, Executive Chairman of Hancock Prospecting Group, Roy Hill and S. Kidman & Co. MEA spokesperson Arindam Bagchi in tweets said: “Promoting India-Australia green partnership!PM @narendramodi met Dr. Andrew Forrest, Executive Chairman and Founder of Fortescue Metals Group and Fortescue Future Industries, in Sydney. “Discussed opportunities for Indian companies to partner with Fortescue in renewable energy sector, particularly under India’s Green Hydrogen Mission.”
