Kolhapur, August 21 (Agency) Maharashtra revenue minister Radhakrushna Vikhe-Patil has said that Congress is ‘non-existent’ party now and that state Chief Minister Eknath Shinde would fulfil people’s expectations. Talking to reporters at Kolhapur airport Sunday morning, Vikhe-Patil, who was visiting the district for the first time after taking oath as minister in Maharashtra government, said Congress party is non-existent party and party leadership and other leaders were of no interest to it.
With directly slashing on Congress party, former Congress leader Vikhe-Patil questioned the existence of the Congress party? Vikhe-Patil said the state was on way to degenerate in previous Maha Vikas Aghadi government and present government lead by Chief Minister Eknath Shinde would fulfil people’s expectations. On sand don in the state, Vikhe-Patil said the arrogance of sand don was rot to the state and crimes were increasing. The government would bring some policy soon to check all these crimes of sand don in the state with giving priority to stop immoral things, which was created from sand deals. On union minister of state for justice Randa’s Athavale’s statement that he was desiring for contesting Loksabha election from Shirdi Loksabha constituency in 2014, Mr Vikhe-Patil said Shirdi Loksabha constituency was a reserve and he would work as per decision, taken by Bharatiya Janata party.
