Los Angeles, March 1 (Agency) Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas on Tuesday celebrated Maha Shivratri after becoming parents, Instagram posts showed Priyanka’s Instagram Story with pictures from Los Angeles home wowed her fans. She has treated fans to her Karvacauth, Holi, and Diwali celebrations as Priyanka Chopra Jonas, but Shivratri appeared to be for the first time. The photos were special and fans looked for clues of the baby. The couple welcomed the little one through surrogacy. The pictures on her Instagram Stories, was of the puja they performed pooja at their home in Los Angeles. Priyanka was seen sitting on the floor next to Nick in front of a huge idol of Lord Shiva. Priyanka wore a pink outfit and her head was covered with a dupatta. Nick was in an off white kurta pyjama. Sharing the picture, the Mary Kom actress wrote in Hindi, “Maha Shivratri ki hardik shubhkamnaye (Best wishes on Maha Shivratri).”
Priyanka also added, “Har har Mahadev! Happy “Mahashivratri to everyone celebrating. Om Namah Shivay” tagging Nick in the post. In the second post on her Stories, she gave a closer look at her outfit as she made an ‘perfect’ mudra with her fingers. She added a red heart emoji and also tagged Tamanna Dutt and Pooja Rajpal Jaggi. The couple tied the knot in December 2018 after dating for a while. They became parents in January, the baby arrived a few months early. Priyanka last treated her fans to a photo dump, documenting glimpses of the busy parents’ life. In one of the photos she sported a red T-shirt with ‘ISRO’ written. Nick too was in one. In another picture, fans thought it was a sneak peek into the nursery as it showed a bunch of teddy bears and an idol of Lord Krishna. The last one was a picture of her dogs, Diana and Gino. Priyanka was last seen in The Matrix Resurrections alongside Keanu Reeves, as Sati. She is expected to be next seen in Farhan Akhtar’s Jee Le Zara along with Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif.
