Mumbai , Feb 10 (Agency) Ace Bollywood actor Madhuri Dixit Nene is all set to mark her OTT debut with Netflix series ‘The Fame Game’. On Thursday, Netflix shared the official trailer of the show on Instagram with caption: “The story of a star who played many roles but was never the main character of her own life. The Fame Game – a thrilling new series premieres February 25.” The trailer showed Madhuri as Anamika Anand, a Bollywood icon, whose “perfect and simple” life takes a turn when she disappears one day.
Madhuri Dixit summed up the essence of the trailer and wrote on her social media: “Suna tha ki stardom ek pal mein gayab ho sakti hai par ek superstar hi gaayab ho jaye, woh kabhi nahi suna tha. Apni “perfect” life ki kahani batane aa rahi hai Anamika Anand bahut jald.” The series also features Sanjay Kapoor, Manav Kaul, Lakshvir Singh Saran, Suhasini Muley and Muskkaan Jaferi in pivotal roles. It has been directed by Bejoy Nambiar and Karishma Kohli and produced by Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, Somen Mishra, and Dharmatic Entertainment The series will release on February 25 on Netflix.
