ACB raids 9 officers for collecting illegal property

Bengaluru, Jul 15 (Agency) Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) officials raided residences of nine officers on charges of ammassing illegal property across the state on Thursday. Official sources said raid was conducted simultaneously in several areas including Bangalore, Davanagere, Kolar, Shimoga, Mangalore, Udupi and Bidar. A total of 300 ACB officers raided 40 places, giving shock to the authorities.

KRIDCL – Bangalore Chief Engineer RB Kulkarni, Mangalore Urban Development Unit Executive Engineer G. Sridhar, Herbal Planning Mallur – Assistant Director HR Krishnappa, Rural Development Bidar – Junior Engineer Suresh Mohare, KRID Krishna S, Executive Engineer, CL Udupi Division, TDCF Venkatesh, Social Forest Department. Authorities have also raided the residence and office of Krishnamurthy Electrical in Pector Bellary – Vijay Kumar, the Inspector of Senior Motor Vehicles in Bengaluru AEE Mallikarjun Bangalore.
