Garhwa, Jul 8 (Agency) The district police have nabbed two members of an interstate bike lifters gang and has recovered five motorcycles from their possession. The arrested have been identified as Rahul Kashyap and Aakash Sharma from the Ramanujganj Police Station area of Chhattisgarh.
Briefing the press SDPO Awadh Kumar Yadav said that from June 24 from Kalyanpur village under Garhwa Police Station area two bikes were stolen following which a team was constituted to crack the case which in due course of investigation nabbed Rahul Kashyap on Wednesday evening. Based on inputs provided by him his associate was nabbed and a total of five bikes were recovered from their possession. The SDPO said that the gang members after stealing the bikes use to sell them in Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh.
