Three arrested for stolen bikes

Nashik, May 23 (Representative) Ambad police arrested three bike robbers including one Tadipar goon and seized 10 motor-cycles worth Rs. 3 lakh from them on Friday. According to Ambad police , on Thursday night the police officer and the crime investigation squad were searching for the culprits who stole the motorcycles within the limits of Ambad police station area, Assistant Inspector of Police Ganesh Shinde came to know that two suspects were walking around Ambad through an undercover informant.

Based on the information received, the CID set a trap in Ambad Link Road area and arrested the accused Rohit alias Ganesh Nitin Malunjkar (20, resident of Deolali Camp) and Rishikesh Shashikant Jadhav (21, resident of Dhikale Mala, Nashik Road). After a thorough investigation, nine two-wheelers were seized from him and a total of Rs 3 lakh was seized from him. Also, Tadipar goon Akshay Uttam Jadhav has been arrested and a two-wheeler stolen from him has been seized. Police registered complaint and further investigation is one.
