Pune, Jan 10 (FN Bureau) The four labour codes implemented by the central government will destroy the working class of the country, National Labour Alliance Founder President Yashwant Bhosale said here on Thursday. He warned that he will file an appeal against these labour codes in the Supreme Court soon. The central government has abolished all the laws protecting the workers and the newly enacted four labour codes for the industrial sector will destroy the working class. Bhosale alleged that no matter which party’s government is in power, laws are implemented in the interest of the owner class and not the workers. The new labour codes is going to create discontent across the country and create economic and social instability.
Therefore, there is a fear of a large increase in crime. At the same time, the NLA Founder President pointed out that a situation of anarchy may arise due to the creation of severe social uprising.Bhosale himself is a leader of the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party from Pimpri Chinchwad. However, as a labour leader, he states that protecting the interests of workers is his priority. He went on hunger strike for nine days to prevent implementation of the four labour codes in Maharashtra. The NLA Founder President said that he worked for nine years on the Laws Reorganization Committee of the Central Government. However, he decided to walk out in protest against the anti-worker activities being carried out by the central government.
